This spacious 40’ x 72’ x 14’ pole barn combines rugged charm with practical design, featuring bold Rustic Red siding complemented by sleek black trim, roof, and wainscoting. The barn is equipped with two sturdy 36” steel entry doors for convenient access, along with a large 16’ x 14’ split sliding door, perfect for moving larger equipment in and out. Seven insulated vinyl windows, each 36” x 48”, allow ample natural light, making the space both functional and inviting.
The barn’s design includes thoughtful touches to withstand the elements and enhance durability, such as a continuous ridge vent for efficient ventilation, a drip-stop feature on the roof to manage condensation, and 16” overhangs for added protection. Two 3x3 cupolas on the roof provide a traditional look and help with air circulation. Black gutters along the structure complete the build, ensuring water management is effective while maintaining the barn’s clean, stylish aesthetic.
