This spacious barndominium, measuring 40 feet wide by 64 feet long with an 18-foot height, offers a blend of durability and style. Built with 2x6 walls framed 16 inches on-center and supported by sturdy wood trusses at a 6/12 pitch, this structure ensures a solid and reliable build. The 40x40 loft provides an inviting second level, with all interior walls framed on both floors, enhancing the versatility of the layout for various room configurations.

Adding to its charm, the barndo features a stunning wrap-around porch, 136 feet by 12 feet, with a 2/12 pitch roof, and rough-sawn pine posts and beams, creating a rustic yet elegant look. The exterior is finished with 29-gauge painted Galvalume trim, along with Matte Black metal roofing & siding, combining strength and weather resistance. Metal ceilings on the porch and painted screws complete the finish, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting protection against the elements.
